INAYA is a third-party administration (TPA), established on 1999. It is located in Sin el Fil, Beirut and operates across Lebanon. Its main activity is to provide administration services for healthcare and general insurance affiliates.
The project of quality management system was initiated in 2012. With tremendous efforts and outstanding management commitment, INAYA’s team was able to create and implement all its quality and operating procedures in conformance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The system went through the entire PDCA cycle and concluded its activities with the internal audits followed by the management review.
After a successful stage 1 and stage 2 external audits, on august 2nd, 2013 the prestigious registrar Bureau Veritas recommended INAYA Liban for the ISO 9001 certification.
“By continuing to steadily implement the PDCA cycle within our Quality Management System, we will improve the quality of our services and pursue cost-effective performance, and will also develop new insurance products through investigating new and valuable plans and proposing them to our customers”, said INAYA Liban GM.
ISO 9001 certification, which was developed by ISO, the world’s largest developer of international standards, indicates that the offered products and services are reliable and of good quality. INAYA Liban management team stated that it would use this opportunity to continue to maximize the quality of its services and the satisfaction of its clients.
“With the ISO 9001:2008 certificate, our internal quality standards have been confirmed and made readily visible to the market. With this we will be more committed to our Quality Policy stating dedication to customers’ satisfaction and continuous improvement plans”, affirmed INAYA’s Quality Manager.
