QMS Engineers facilitator conducted a workshop on human resources competencies' framework at the headquarters of Audi Bank at 6th of October City - Cairo - Egypt, on Wednesday 10th of August 2011. The attendees included the head of training and development as well as seniors from the HR team. The workshop provided valuable insights on the competency framework creation and administration into the organization. The theme approached was of great interest to all attendees.

By defining which competencies are necessary for the success of the organization, the recruitment and selection processes were tackled in such a way to render them in a more effective manner. The session focused also on the process of evaluating the performance in each department in the organization followed by identifying skills and competencies' gaps, which lead to the training needs' assessment based on domain and soft competencies.

The attendees were encouraged to let their staff know why the framework is being developed, how it will be created, and how it will be utilized. The motto used was "the more you communicate in advance, the easier your implementation will be."

The feedbacks provided to QMS Engineers' facilitator, reflected the attendees' good understanding of the theory and practical application of the Competencies' Framework. The attendees have gained practical knowledge on the HRCBMS, through interactive exercises.
