Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and chairman of the Emirates Falconers Club, supported by The Cultural Programs and Heritage Festivals Committee, and organized by the Emirates Falconers Club at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, the 14th edition of Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Abu Dhabi 2016) was held from 4 to 8 October 2016 in ADNEC (Halls 3 to 10).
Realizing that ADIHEX is a great opportunity to generate awareness, raise own profile and instill loyalty in our brand, QMS Engineers participated in this only dedicated hunting, equestrian, and outdoor sports exhibition in the region, showcasing the best the trade has to offer, and enhanced by Abu Dhabi's leading role in promoting its own heritage.
The Chairman of the Organizing Committee, HE Majid Ali Al Mansour, Executive Director of the Emirates Falconers Club, emphasized that The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition is considered one of the most important international events, concerned with the maintenance of cultural heritage, which hosts a distinctive bouquet of events that emphasize the role of Abu Dhabi as a sponsor of culture and sustainable hunting and as an international economic hub.
The exhibition has attracted, in its recent edition, participants of more than 650 companies from 40 countries, and has become a destination for all producers of hunting and equestrian equipment, in addition to tens of thousands of interested visitors.
ADIHEX has undoubtedly been able to put the UAE, specifically Abu Dhabi, on the World Heritage tourism map, and the exhibition industry, bringing together leading local, Arab and international companies in the outdoor sports, and safari sectors, in addition to hunting weapons, traditional craft industries, environment protection and cultural heritage sectors all under the same roof, where they are able to share and exchange knowledge and experiences and make business deals that would yield benefits to all stakeholders.
