The networking importance for women in the workplace, is constantly increasing and is being emphasized in today’s business world and is currently having growing attention.
It's this mindset of reciprocity that strengthens relationships and promotes others' goals through referrals and connections—knowing that other members are doing the same for you—that can provide the confidence and push women’s need to achieve professional success.
Dr. Desiree Khoury, while presenting her organization QMS Engineers, ensured in her statement: “As women gain more power and influence in the world of business, they bring with them fresh ideas and innovation. Across a wide range of industries, greater gender equality helps to create new products, services, and businesses.”
“QMS Engineers is a Management Systems Boutique Consultancy for Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and HR, with special programs for coaching, training, and workshops provision for individuals and for organizational wellness. As a female entrepreneur, I regard networking as a powerful tool that can help us all grow our business. By connecting with other business owners and professionals, you can share ideas, build relationships, and find new opportunities,” Dr. Khoury added.
