QMS Engineers regularly leverages this customer psychology by actively expressing gratitude to its clients for their business, their support, and their feedback to build stronger customer loyalty.
For that purpose, the organization hosted its biannual Customer Appreciation Day event, to show how valuable its customers are to its prosperity and continuity.
In her heartfelt speech, the Managing Director of QMS Engineers, Dr. Desiree Khoury said: “Thank you all so much for being here tonight! As management consultants and mental health counsellors, we are invited in, to be part of one of the most important organizational decisions many of you make. It is such a privilege to be trusted with that role and to walk alongside you through that process. Each of you holds a very special place in our lives because of that!
For a few weeks, or months, or sometimes even years, we get to be deeply connected in your organization’s life. It’s actually hard when we close a project because often, we go from getting to talk to you multiple times a day to only a few times a year. However, this can never change the fact that we hold you in high esteem and we are always available for you when need be.”
“I am exceptionally blessed to have each one of you as a loyal and satisfied business partner. Along the way, we’ve additionally created stronger bonds on the human level. I have learned, through numerous meetings and settings, that people have the same needs, longings, fears and anxieties. Regardless of religion and culture, we all have our hearts in the same place! Only when we meet at that level do we become credible and can we appreciate each other’s differences, strengths and weaknesses as well as needs and appropriate ways of catering to them. When we open ourselves to each other we show that we are not only customers and service providers, but we are human beings having the mission to create a climate where amazing things can be achieved!” she added.
Dr. Khoury wished everyone a joyful evening, and concluded by saying: “Thank you all, so much, for supporting us with your business and for trusting us with referrals and great recommendations to friends, partners, and acquaintances. We hope you will continue to do so! You are the reason we exist, and we deeply appreciate your choice to do business with us.
