Ministry of Education Dr. Asmat M. Khalid has honored QMS Engineers management team with a meeting to further explore ways to strengthen business ties.
“Infrastructure is developing fast in Kurdistan, and there is construction everywhere. We are looking to grow faster to achieve international standards in every sector, but education has to be a priority,” said Dr. Khalid.
Since the two-hour meeting aimed at presenting QMS Engineers field of expertise, the organization’s managing director summarized the activities as aiming for the facilitation of management improvement through enabling companies to have a strong management system with its practices based on the requirements of the International ISO 9001:2008 standard; discussions focused also on building stronger workforce within businesses through the HR competency based management system where all activities of strategic planning evolve around personal soft and technical competencies, in order to hire, train, appraise members of staff in the most effective manner. Additionally, to respond to education needs QMS Engineers’ representative made an overview on the wide array of workshops they provide.
